Have you ever thought about the allegory of the olive tree in Jacob 5:22 as more than just a story? It hit me differently recently.
God basically said, “Don’t worry about it; I knew this wasn’t the best spot. But I’ve been taking care of it for a long time, and look—it’s actually producing a lot of fruit!”
This got me thinking… maybe this isn’t just about the world or big historical events. What if it’s about something as personal as my relationship with God? He knows the challenges I face, the ‘poor ground’ I sometimes find myself in. Yet, He’s there, patiently nurturing me, believing in my potential to flourish.
It’s reassuring to know that God sees the bigger picture and has faith in us to overcome and thrive. What’s a scripture that’s recently changed your perspective?
